Description
It is the 21st film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the first solo female-led movie in MCU. The film is produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It is based on the Marvel Comics character Carol Danvers.

Plot
The film is set in 1995. It follows the story of Danvers who crashes an experimental aircraft. Discovered by the Kree, she forgets all her memory and is trainned by the elite Starforce Military. As she comes to the earth, she finds out about her past and what had caused her memory loss. Her journey of becoming Captain Marvel and saving the Earth from two alien civilizations is shown in the movie.

Facts
| • Stan Lee the creator of many Marvel characters passed away while the film was being edited. The crew at Marvel put together the special logo to honor him in the opening of the movie. This is the first movie released by MCU after Lee’ death. |
| • The character of Goose is portrayed by four different cat actors named Reggie, Rizzo, Gonzo, and Archie. |
| • Not many people are aware of the fact that Brie Larson is allergic to cats. Because of the fact all her scenes which had Goose in them were shot with a puppet or VFX. |
| • Wrestler Ronda Rousey had shown interest in playing the lead part but wasn’t approached. |
