Gangoh is situated in the district of Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh, India) consist of many historical holy places. The ‘urs’ of the great Sufi saints including Hazrat Peer MamuAalla Baksh and Mata Lado Rani Ji is celebrated every year. - In ancient times, Kings like Ibrahim Lodi, Babur and Humayun also used to visit the shrine to pay attendance.
- Gangoh is settled by King Gang boasts history in itself. The surrounding area has also hidden centuries-old history. In the city of Gangoh, a door sign of the palace of Maharaja Ganga is still present.
- In Gangoh, thousands of years old sculptures were discovered during excavations at Sarafa Bazar in 1978.
